Your team learns to run modern AI solutions entirely on your own infrastructure: selecting and operating local models like Gemma 4 (Ollama, vLLM), swappability as an architectural principle, automating business processes with self-hosted n8n, unlocking your own knowledge with RAG — plus the GDPR/EU AI Act context from a technical perspective.

The hands-on advantage: the exercises run on your own machines, with no API keys and no data leaving the building.

Feasibility workshop

Start small, evaluate honestly: we take one concrete process from your organisation and build a prototype together — with a local model, on your hardware. Afterwards you'll know whether the big step is worth it:

Project support

From prototype to production: one of our experts supports you in building up your AI infrastructure — architecture reviews, model evaluation, operations and hardening. We always work as partners, at eye level.

And after a training we stay within reach: in regular Office Hours we answer questions from your day-to-day project work, within a budget you define.

◢ Who is this offering for?

Organisations that want to use AI but whose data must not end up in third-party clouds: public authorities and administration, banks and insurers, healthcare, critical-infrastructure operators — and every SME whose data protection officer rightly asks questions. For getting started with Agentic Coding we also recommend our AI team training.

◢ Why work with us?

We're developers and trainers, not compliance salespeople: we build the solutions ourselves, publish our findings openly on the blog and measure results against your real use cases.
And we're honest about where local models hit their limits today — we only promise what we can demonstrate.

◢ What are the prerequisites?

All engagements are remote by default. On-site sessions for workshops are available on request.

For workshops with local models, existing hardware is often enough — a model like Gemma 4 (12B) runs on laptops with 16 GB of memory. For project support we need access to your documentation and source control, via VPN if necessary.

◢ Isn't local much worse than ChatGPT & co.?

For some tasks, yes — for a surprising number, not any more: local models handle classification, summarisation, extraction and internal search reliably today. We show the difference live and measure it against your use cases — and where frontier quality is needed, we show hybrid approaches (non-critical tasks in the cloud, sensitive ones local).
